Community Guidelines

Glowpal exists so people can meet in real life — kindly. These rules apply everywhere on Glowpal: profiles, chat, and events.

Be kind and nice

• Be polite and friendly. If someone says no, it's a no.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
• No nudity or sexually explicit content.
• No spam, scams, solicitation, or commercial activity.
• Be yourself: no impersonation, no fake profiles, one account per person.
• Respect privacy: don't share other members' personal information.

Reporting & blocking

Every profile, chat, and event surface in Glowpal has report and block actions. Blocking hides the person from you immediately. Reports are categorized, logged, and reviewed by our trust & safety process; serious violations lead to immediate removal.

Child Safety Standards

Glowpal is an 18+ service and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE):

• Users must be 18 or older; age is verified before a profile becomes discoverable.
• Any content or behavior that sexualizes or endangers minors is prohibited, is removed immediately, and results in a permanent ban.
• We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Reports of CSAE are prioritized: use in-app reporting or contact our designated child safety contact at support@glowpal.org (subject line "Child Safety").

Consequences

Depending on severity we may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
