Delete Your Account

You can delete your Glowpal account and its data at any time.

Fastest way: in the app

Open Glowpal → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate after confirmation.

If you can't access the app, submit the email address on your account and we will delete your Glowpal account and associated personal data. We process web requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Data we're legally required to retain (e.g. trust & safety reports) may be kept for the statutory period.
