1. Who can use Glowpal
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age or identity.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; no transfers.
3. Acceptable use
Follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, commercial spam, scraping, or use of Glowpal for unlawful purposes. If someone says no, it's a no.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate it for operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Safety disclaimer
Glowpal helps people meet in the real world. We don't run background checks on members. Use your judgment and read our safety tips. To the extent permitted by law, Glowpal is provided "as is" and we are not liable for interactions between members.
6. Termination
You may stop using Glowpal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
