Safety Tips

Glowpal meetings happen in public venues by design — that's a good start. A few more habits that keep nights out fun:

Before you go

• Tell a friend where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Keep your profile private-by-default settings where you're comfortable — discovery on Glowpal is opt-in.

At the venue

• Stay in public areas of the venue; you never have to leave with anyone.
• Watch your drink. Never leave it unattended, and only accept drinks handed to you directly by venue staff.
• Drink responsibly, and know your way home.

On the app

• Glowpal shows others approximate distance only — never your exact location.
• If anyone makes you uncomfortable, block them (takes effect immediately) and report them from their profile, the chat, or the event screen.
• If someone says no, it's a no — expect the same respect from others.

Emergencies

If you're in danger, contact local emergency services first (dial 100 for police in Israel). Then report to us at support@glowpal.org.
